Display all items that share parent content id

I'm pulling my hair out trying to display all items that share parent content id
on a content page.

I tried a contentarray of siblings, but I think siblings in that context have the same parent definition rather than content id.

I'm guessing I need an advanced index with a where clause but I can't figure out the right clause.
