Missing quote in ForgottenPassword template

Just creating a tutorial on how to 'install' the login engine on a new skin, and noticed the template for ForgottenPassword was missing a quote.

There is a missing closing quote for class="submit".

Bump. This is still missing in v1.5.1. Technically the type needs to be quoted too, ie, type="submit" class="submit" ..... etc.
