By downloading and installing MonkeyCMS, you are agreeing to the following software licence.

MonkeyCMS is free and can be downloaded, used and modified by anyone who wishes to do so. All releases of the software will be free to use in this manner although we ask that any modified versions are not released outside of the official distribution channel.

Any code changes that you consider useful to the wider MonkeyCMS user base can be submitted for inclusion in the core software in order for it to be fully tested and to maintain the integrity of MonkeyCMS as a reliable content delivery platform.

Keeping the development of the core version of MonkeyCMS controlled and restricting releases only to code that has been approved will ensure consistency and reliablilty.

Developers of MonkeyCMS Plugins are free to release their additions to the software unrestricted and these can also be submitted for inclusion in our upcoming 'plugin' directory.

MonkeyCMS is ©2004-2007 Poisonous Monkey. Use of the MonkeyCMS name, logo and imagery is only permitted under fair use terms or through prior arrangement with Poisonous Monkey.

The download and use of MonkeyCMS is done so at your own risk and neither Poisonous Monkey, the developers or any associated site bare any responsibilty to any data loss or otherwise caused through the use of this application.

Poisonous Monkey reserve the right to make changes to this licence at any time. Registered users can subscribe to be informed of updates to this agreement via email as they are made.
